League »

For your players to receive training your youth team has to be part of a youth league.

The league will start as soon as it has been filled up.

If you want the best possible way to maximize your players you can consider joining a league only consisting of 4 teams. The advantages of doing this is that you can minimize the season break by closing the league and remaking it shortly after. This results in more games but requires very active managers who are in on the system of closing the league and creating a new one shortly after.

If you on the other hand want to be in a league and not having to worry about changing leauges as often as often it is required with only 4 teams it is best to join a league with 16 teams (the maximum number of teams) so that you avoid too many season breaks (and thereby lost training).

Also, remember to play a friendly every 3 weeks.
