A new team will be assigned a group of youth players. These players are not typically worth very much.

It is not possible to see the skills of your assigned players and therefore you have to experiment a bit in the beginning. Some teams choose to play 5-5-0 in the first 2 matches where they switch chains to figure out the best position for the players. Other teams play 4-4-2 or 3-5-2 in some matches and rotate the players around on the different positions. But there isn't a optimal way of doing it so you have to choose whatever way your find most logical for you.
