The governing rule is that a player gets the most valuable training first and then his weekly ”90 minute training quota” is supplemented by his other training activities.

A few examples for Team A (training Winger(crossing)):

• Player X plays 90 minutes as a Winger in the league match and does not play further matches. He receives 90 minutes of full Winger training.

• Player Y plays 90 minutes as a Winger in the league match og 90 minutes as Attacker in the friendly. He receives 90 minutes of full Winger training.

• Player Z plays 40 minutes as a Winger in the league match and 90 minutes as Attacker in the friendly. He receives 40 minutes of full Winger training and 50 minutes of passive Winger training.

• Player W plays 90 minutes as a Winger in the league match for Team B and is then sold to Team A, where he plays 90 minutes as Attacker in the friendly. He receives 90 minutes of passive Winger training since he only receives training for matches played for the team he belongs to at the time of the training update.

• Player V plays 50 minutes as Winger in the league match and 90 minutes as a wingback in the friendly. He receives 50 minutes of full Winger training and 40 minutes of 50% Winger training.
