What is training level?
Training level and team spirit »
By lowering training level you achieve a boost to team spirit. But lowering training level can have a dramatic effect on the form of the players in the following weeks.
Lowering training level 25-30% provides one level in team spirit.
Eg by lowering your training level from 100% to 30 your team spirit will go from Calm to Walking on clouds. A lowring from 100% to 18% can boost your team spirit form Murderous to Satisfied.
A lowering of training level has to be done before the update on the day before training takes place. So if training takes place on a Friday in your country you should lower it before the Thursday update.
When you increase training level after a lowering team spirit will reverse to the level it was on prior to the lowering. However the team spirit has naturally dropped a bit in the meantime so when the training level is set back to its starting point the team spirit will be a bit lower caused by the natural fall.
