Stamina is a special kind of training since neither assistant coaches nor the coaching skills of the coach has any effect on the effectivity or the time it takes to train.
The older a player gets the more stamina training will he need every week if he is to maintain a certain level of stamina.
Stamina training is minute based. Prior to the changes in stamina training (season 33) a player would increase his stamina with 0,9 level a week with 100% stamina training.
When the new stamina training was introduced it was pointed out that a high level of stamina training will result in lowered effectivity. This means that it is preferable to train a bit of stamina each week instead a lot once in a while.
The maximum stamina level is Formidable.
