Team spirit will move towards ”Composed” throughout the week, until the next competitive match is played. The rate that team spirit changes depends on the leadership skill of your coach. Click on "Tools" and you will find a Team Spirit Calculator that can tell you how fast the team spirit will change.

If you PIC/MOTS, the change in team spirit will occur immediately after the match.

Buying or selling players can lower the team spirit. If that happens team spirit will decrease by approximately 1/3 of a level.

When buying or selling players the probability of a drop in team spirit is influenced by the personality of the player(s).

Team spirit is reset to “Composed” during the off-season.
