Not all league-levels have qualification matches. Only teams in league-level VI or above can play qualification matches.
Qualification matches are calculated as follows: the promoting team with most points will play demoting team with the fewest points.
Eg: the best promoting team form VI will meet the worst demoting team from V and so on.
The demoting team always play at home.
