When does a team become a bot?

What happens when a team becomes bot? »
When a team becomes a bot-team it gets a new squad with poor quality players. Bot-teams keeps the previous players but these will not be used in matches.
The line-up will always be a 4-4-2 and the bot-team will almost surely perform to about 50 in Hatstats ratings.
If the stadium is bigger than 12.000 when a team becomes a bot team the stadium size will automatically change back to 12.000.
A bot-team can get a new owner once it reaches league level VIII or IX, or the lowest level in the league.
