The number of fans in your fan club depends on how well your club is doing and the mood of your fans. If they are happy there will most likely be more of them joining up and vice versa.
There is a cap on how many fans your club can have. The cap is based on league level. The closer you get to the cap the fewer fans will join at a time, even if fan mood is fantastic.
