What affects background form? »
The following affect background form:
- If a player plays matches (very important). Players that are not fielded during the week are more likely to experience drops in form.
- Intensity of training (the higher the intensity, the better the form).
- Number of assistant coaches.
- The quality of your coach (a better coach means better form).
- Random factor
At every training there is a 1/3 probability that the background form will change either for the better or for the worse.
