In the beginning you should expect to lose quite a few matches. Your team will not be particularly good and you will have to build the team from the ground up.

Don't be affected by the bad results in the beginning. During your first season the most important thing is to get your talents in place and the training on track. After half a season - perhaps a full season - the results will come.
