In a new club the staff should only be:
Assistant Coaches: 3-5
Sport Psychologists: 0
Spokespersons: 1-2
Accountants: 0
Physiotherapists: 0-2
Doctors: This depends on the amount of injuries but since your players are not that expensive anyway you should keep it at 0 (zero).
