Team Formation »
Your default team formation is 4-4-2 and you cannot change that until you have completed the Manager License. However, once you have the option to change them you should consider what team formation you should choose.
Your team formation should depend on the type of training you have chosen so that as many players as possible receive training.
Goalkeeping = You can choose any formation you want.
Defending = 5-4-1 or 5-3-2.
Crossing (Winger) = Any formation with 2 wingers and 2 backs.
Playmaking = 3-5-2 or 4-5-1.
Scoring = 3-4-3 or 4-3-3.
