Indirect free kicks »

Indirect free kicks make up about 1/3 of your set pieces chances and the result relies on a team effort.

Indirect free kick rating (ATTACK) is defined by (listed by importance):
Scoring skill of all outfield players
Set pieces skill of all outfield players
Set pieces skill of the player taking the free kick

Indirect free kick rating (DEFENCE) is defined by (listed by importance):
Defence skill of all outfield players
Set pieces skill of all outfield players
The Keeper and Set pieces skill of the keeper

Naturally the chance of success increases if one team has superior ratings. The chance to score works in the same way as a regular chance, by comparing attack and defence ratings. The main point here being that all players count.

This presents an advantage to teams specializing in Set pieces, scoring and defence skills for the entire team. On the other hand you can simply ignore Indirect free kicks entirely. After all Indirect free kicks amount to only a small part of the chances in a match. Even with a low rating you will get some chances of success on Indirect free kicks.

Experience, form and stamina also matters at indirect free kicks.
