If a match with Cup-rules ends in a tie after extra-time there will be a penalty shoot-out. If there are no designated penalty takers, or there are more penalty kicks than there are designated takers, the remaining penalty takers will be chosen randomly.
Experience will have a large influence on how well penalty takers perform during a shoot-out. Experienced players find it easier to handle the pressure and score.
