Play It Cool (PIC) »
When using the team attitude Play It Cool (PIC) your team will take it easy during the match.
Positive effect: Team spirit is raised by approximately 1/3 after the match.
Negative effect: Team spirit is lowered by 1/3 during the match. This has a negative effect on your midfield rating. Therefore using PIC when your team spirit is high will result in a greater loss of midfield rating than if your team spirit is low. A rule of thumb has it that you loose about 15% midfield rating when Playing It Cool.
