Your coaches leadership skill affects the development of your team spirit. Every day, team spirit will move a bit towards composed. The higher the leadership skill of the coach, the slower the move towards Composed if Team spirit is above Composed, and the faster the move towards Composed if your Team spirit is under Composed.

Leadership skills is only relevant if you use PIC and MOTS during your season, but if you do, it has a big influence.
