One season after you have hired a new coach (external or internal) there is a risk that he will lose leadership skill. The loss is a maximum of one level per season. However there can be a longer time in between losses.
When a coach reaches Disastrous leadership skill he will start losing trainer skill at the same rate as he used to lose leadership skill.
External: External recruiting.
Pulled: A player from the old youth system who is later converted to coach.
Born: A player who is among the 16 players assigned to a new team and later on converted to coach.
Number: The number of coaches used as background for the numbers in the different categories.
Max: The highest number of days gone by before a coach in this category has lost a leadership skill.
Min: The lowest number of days gone by before a coach in this category has lost a leadership skill.
Average: The average number of days gone by before a coach in this category has lost a leadership skill.
